If you have small kids ,finding the answer whether you are giving them what is best for their career and life ask following questions to yourself 

Before any advice always remember

The best thing you can give your children is an atmosphere filled with love,kindness and compassion

1. Whether you cry over your children- stop it as children are not your slave they are a different life no doubt they are born with your help ,still they deserve a free and independent life

2.How often parent fight before their children-if yes stop it .Before you advice your children not to fight each other ,parent should stop fighting with each other .

3. If you want your children to stop watching TV or using electronic gasstes ,parent should implement it on self otherwise children will not follow you,if you will compel them they will oversuse it when they will grow older then  they will not listen your good advice also .

4. Dont ask your children to fulfill your dreams as they are not a instrument to complete your dreams ,let them live the life of their dream infact dont ask them.to have a dream as dream destroy the joy of life and when dream break the child also can break ,at that time you will have no control over his mindset.
