1. Breath control :count your breath ,it should be 6 to 7.in a minute if frequency of breath cycle i.e. one incoming and one outgoing is more than 6 to 7 ;slow down it
Your breath shoul reach upto navel
2. In incoming breath your stomach should go up and while outgling breath our stomach should move down
3 when in free time watch your breath lovingly with patience

In this process your mind will run to and fro ,you have to ignore it and dont try to control your mind ,keep watching your breath
In 3 to 4 months mind would be very relax ,calm ,and frequency of unneccesary thought would get decrease .
