5. DONT TRY TO HAVE TOO.MANY EXTRA PHYSICAL OBJECTS . HAVE AS PER YOUR BASIC NECESSITY. REMEMBER THERE IS NO LIMIT FOR MORE ...

6. AVOID CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL,SMOKING ,DRUGS AND OTHER APHRODISIAC AS THESE GIVE YOU INSTANT RELAX BUT NOT GOOD FOR SATVIK CHINTAN .
